Late Check-Out Policy:

All Sites: 11:30 AM Check out time. The front desk may be able to arrange a late checkout, if available, for a fee. In order to ensure availability for incoming guests, please plan prompt departures. We do not allow late check out on weekends, please understand that we do our best, however we must be able to accommodate incoming guests.


Occupancy Guidelines:

Unless otherwise stated, 3 guests are included in rate.

Additional guests over 3 people will cost $2.00 per person/per day.

Unless otherwise stated, 6 guests maximum, (including children), are allowed per site.


Security

Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles.

Keep your valuables locked up.

Report any problems with your site to the Main Office immediately.

We adhere to and maintain all state, county and local laws on property.


Rules and Regulations

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Speed limit throughout park is 10MPH.

Pets MUST remain on a physical leash AT ALL TIMES and owners are responsible for pets poo - Zero Tolerance. No pet pens may be set up at sites.

NO open fires.

Please be courteous to other guests around you.

All children are expected to be at their rv site by 10:00 PM.

Loud, objectionable noise is not allowed at any time.

Inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave with no refund.

Profanity or violence towards others and the Rv Park Team will not be tolerated.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES must be kept at campsite.

We do not allow tents.

FIREARMS AND FIREWORKS must remain in RV at all times.

No washing of personal vehicles allowed in the rv park. Washing of RVs is allowed only by being conservative with the water by using a nozzle that shuts off while not in use.

No mechanical work on vehicles allowed in the park.

Riding of bicycles and golf carts after dark is prohibited except those used by management. No four wheelers, electric scooters, ATVs, or mini bikes allowed in park. Golf carts are to be driven by adults only and carts must be registered with the Front Office.

Messages will be posted at the Front Office.

Please do not use grills on picnic tables.

Please help us keep our restrooms clean. Children under 7 are not permitted in the facilities unless accompanied by an adult.

All sewer connections (by Federal Law) must have an airtight seal.

No portable hot tubs or pools may be set up at sites.


Cancellation Policy

Reservation/Cancellation Policy: No refunds given for early departure.

$10.00 cancellation fee applied to all cancellations.

High-Season: April 1 - October 31

Minimum Stay Requirements: None

Cancellation Policy: One night stay deposit

3-Day (72 Hours)

Please keep in mind we have a strict cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel your reservation with us, you must do so 72 hours prior to 1PM of your check in date for a refund, minus a $10.00 cancellation fee. If you keep your funds as a credit on your account with us to use for a future reservation, you will not be charged a $10.00 cancellation fee, however if you cancel your re-scheduled reservation, you will be charged a $10.00 cancellation fee.
If you have paid a site lock fee of $10.00 to be guaranteed a site, and you cancel, you will forfeit the $10.00 site lock fee, as well as the $10.00 cancellation fee.
**CLARIFICATION FOR 72-HOURS: 72 hours prior to our 1 o'clock check on your arrival date.
For holidays and major events, cancellations must be made 7 days prior to your check in date.
If you do not show or cancel your stay within 72 hours of check in, 7 days for holidays/major events, you will forfeit your entire deposit

Low-Season: November 1 - March 31

Minimum Stay Requirements: None

Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund to any new cards you may have. On the advice of our bank, we only process refunds back to the card that was originally used to pay - this is to make sure that the refund goes to the right place and avoids any problems or discrepancies. Most of the time, if you have had a replacement card for the same account, the refund will go into your account automatically and you will not need to do anything.

If your account is closed, please contact the card issuer. They will be holding your funds for you and will be able to arrange a transfer to your new account. Unfortunately we cannot reclaim the money and issue the refund to a new card.

Major Holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day

Holidays: Minimum Stay Requirements: 2 Nights

Cancellation Policy: One night stay deposit

7-Day advanced notice required or forfeit one night stay deposit.

All cancellations subject to forfeit of first nights stay. Reservations require minimum deposit equal to first night at the time of reservations.

Box Elder County Fair

Minimum Stay Requirements: 2 Nights

Cancellation Policy: One-night stay deposit.

7-Day advanced notice required or forfeit one-night stay deposit.

All cancellations subject to forfeit of the first night's stay. Reservations require a minimum deposit equal to the first night at the time of reservations.
