SITE TYPES

  • Pull Thru Sites

    Most of our sites are pull thru, meaning you drive right in and out of your site. Our pull thru sites were built to accommodate any size rig set-up, up to 100’. They are all leveled.

  • Back In Sites

    A back-in site is a site that you pull forward and reverse into. Our shortest back in site is 70’ long, and are spacious to fit any size rig set-up, given you are comfortable backing in.

  • Monthly Luxury

    Looking to stay a month with us? During our in season, we offer 5 monthly luxury sites only. Monthly Luxury sites are available on a first come first serve basis.

  • Exclusive Premium Pull-Thru Sites

    This site includes a pergola cover for optimal shade throughout the entire day, an outdoor patio furniture set with a propane fire pit, and outdoor grill. This site is perfect for the guest that just wants to park and go, without having to drag out all of their personal items to set up their site.

Additional Fees

  • Site Lock

    $20.00

    Enjoy the luxury of selecting a specific site for your stay. The site lock fee guarantees your site of choice for your stay, and is non-refundable.

  • Additional Guests

    $2.00

    All Rates Include 3 guests, fee per additional guest.

  • Additional Vehicles

    $5.00

    All Rates Include 2 Motorized Vehicles.

    (EX: Motorhome & Toad = 2 motorized vehicles) Fee per each additional vehicle.

  • Pets

    $0.00

    Maximum of 3 Pets per RV - strictly enforced. Fur guests must be on a physical leash at all times with a human attached at the other end, and you must clean up after them. No pet pens permitted.

  • Cancellation Fee

    $10.00

    Cancellation fee is applied prior to processing refund, only if reservation is cancelled according to our 72-hour cancellation policy, otherwise the entire 1-night stay is forfeited.

  • Early Check in / Late Check out

    $15.00 / $30.00

    Subject to availability. Not available on weekends.
