Aspen Grove Rv Park is your premier Rv park for monthly stay. All of our monthly sites are very spacious, about 50FT X 100FT. All monthly sites are level, hard-packed, graveled pads, with a concrete parking pad for 2 vehicles. Our monthly rv sites are located within Town & Country Mobile Estates, an upscale, quiet, mobile home park. Our monthly rate is $485.00 + metered electricity, all billed on the 1st of each month, with the option of purchasing our Platinum Wifi Package of $25.00 a month. 

Requirements

**Please call to verify monthly stay availability prior to submitting a background check.** 

  • Minimum stay of 2 months.
  • Background check on all guests over the age of 18.
    • *Background checks can take up to 3 business days to clear before approval. Background check fee is $40.00 per applicant*  
  • Rigs must be in good shape, and well maintained, to uphold the aesthetics of our park. 
  •  Security deposit of $150.00 on a valid credit card. 
    •  Upon departure your meter will be read and we will deduct the amount for electricity due from the $150.00 deposit. You will receive the remaining balance of your deposit, as long as there are no damages or repairs needed to the site and, all personal belongings have been removed. 
  • Proof of insurance and valid registration to remain on file.
  •  Valid credit card to remain on file. 

Take in to consideration

  • Our sewage system and water connection is a little farther back from our long term site pads, so please make sure to have extra sewage hosing and water hosing for proper connection. 
  • Our Rv park facilities are available for our monthly guests', however, visitors of monthly guests' are not permitted to use facilities and must check in at front office. They may purchase a daily pass at the front office if they would like to use our facilities.
    • Monthly guests' visitors must vacate premises by 10pm. If a visitor will be staying for a prolonged period of time, they must submit a background check prior to their arrival.

This will need to be done for each guest over the age of 18.
